Prayer Request Gossip

So there is a TV show coming out that is actually a spin off from a book called Good Christian (bad word for girls)... I read the book and the beginning is about how Gossip was started from a Women's Prayer group... Now, it's done by a comedian, a book, and a TV show. What does that say about our churches? Are we using church as a way to spread gossip or a way to help others? Is our church different? If you didn't go to church would you go after hearing all the gossip?

Let's be different and make our churches be SUPER different!

In my Community Group from Vintage Church we focus almost an hour of our time on prayer. We share prayer requests, pray for each other then during the week we have all set a time to pray for one another specifically! We use our time to grow together and pray! We had a guy in our Community Group who used to say More Prayer, More Power (in his Kenyan Accent). The more we pray the more power from God we receive! Let's pray for each other... not in a judgmental spirit, but of a spirit of love and acceptance. Again, Let's Be DIFFERENT!!!
