Boxes Series - feeling trapped

I've been thinking and teaching through the boxes that are in our lives. The first are the boxes that trap us. We think we have made the right decisions, but it was a snap decision instead of prayerful decision. In Acts chapter 16 verse 16 we find Paul and Silas walking on a road. They meet a demon possessed girl and she is yelling and getting in the way of the gospel! So after 3 days Paul blows up and casts the demon out! Before long Paul and Silas are being beaten and thrown in Prison. Now, is casting out a demon a bad thing? No! But it led to something horrible!!! Have you ever had a time like that? Where you thought you did the right thing, but it blew up and you became trapped? Welcome to my life and obviously the life of the apostle Paul! My problem is that I tend to stay trapped... Paul and Silas on the other hand are different! The night they were beaten and thrown into prison, instead of complaining, at midnight they began to sing and praise God! What?! Are you kidding me?! That is crazy! I wish I could praise God in the middle of feeling trapped! The story goes on and you've gotta read how Paul and Silas were freed, so go check it out!!!
